Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials, scraping data, or reselling content is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

Paid plans (Gold, Platinum) renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the active period.

All fees are stated in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Refunds are issued at our discretion in cases of duplicate billing or service unavailability exceeding 72 hours.

Vanguard Signals provides market data, AI-generated analytics, and educational content. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, (b) interfere with the integrity of the service, (c) use the service to violate any applicable law or third-party right, or (d) automate access in excess of the published rate limits.

All content, models, branding and source code are owned by Vanguard Signals or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanguard Signals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the service. Aggregate liability is capped at the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms or where required by law. You may terminate your account at any time; sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tallinn.
