Compliance Framework

Vanguard Signals OÜ is incorporated in the Republic of Estonia. We are not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant or money services business. Where signals are linked to execution venues, all trades are placed by you directly with the relevant licensed broker or exchange under your own account.

We do not hold client funds and therefore do not perform full KYC on individual subscribers. We do operate sanctions screening on payment data, block subscriptions originating from sanctioned jurisdictions, and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

The service is not offered to residents of jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful, including but not limited to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive EU, UK, or OFAC sanctions.

We monitor platform usage for indications of market abuse, including coordinated signal sharing intended to manipulate thinly-traded instruments. Accounts involved in suspected manipulation will be terminated and reported to relevant authorities.

Vanguard Signals does not trade against its users on its own book. Affiliate or referral relationships with brokers and exchanges are disclosed and do not influence signal generation, which is fully systematic.

Complaints may be submitted to compliance@vanguardsignals.app and will be acknowledged within 5 business days. We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days. Unresolved complaints concerning data protection may be escalated to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

Suspicious activity, security vulnerabilities or potential regulatory breaches may be reported confidentially via our responsible-disclosure channel at security@vanguardsignals.app.
